BakeAdmin --- Refund Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
Try before you pay
Every BakeAdmin workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with full features and no payment method required. The trial exists so you can fully evaluate BakeAdmin before paying anything.
Monthly subscriptions (US$30/month)
Monthly payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; a cancelled monthly subscription runs to the end of the paid month with full access, and no further charges occur.
Annual subscriptions (US$240/year)
Your first annual payment is refundable in full if requested within 14 days of that payment. After 14 days, and for all annual renewals, payments are non-refundable; you may cancel future renewals at any time and retain access until your paid year ends.
Additional user seats
Seat purchases are a one-time charge and are non-refundable once applied to your workspace.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate payment, charge after cancellation, incorrect amount), contact support@zeitgeistbusiness.com within 30 days of the charge with your workspace name and the payment reference (Settings → Billing → Payment History). Verified errors are refunded in full.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer or payment provider --- most issues are resolved faster directly. We reserve the right to suspend workspaces associated with chargebacks made without first contacting support where the underlying charge was valid.
Suspension and lapsed accounts
Suspension for non-payment does not create a refund entitlement; data is retained per the Terms of Service and access is restored on payment.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment provider, typically within 5--10 business days of approval.
Discretion
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund outside this policy in individual cases; doing so does not create any entitlement or waive this policy for any other case.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
